I run a small ******************** store in ***************. I placed a first time order with this wholesaler on Fri 3/11/22 for the order amount of ******. After a couple weeks of not seeing an update on the order, on 3/25 I messaged them through their website (the only way to contact them, as their phone number does not work). After I messaged them, I did get a shipping confirmation showing that the items shipped on 3/26, but did not receive any tracking information or anything like that. Since then I have messaged them several times to find out tracking info or an update on the shipment. I have been ignored since then. I have no idea where my order is and have received no contact back from the business. I am now assuming this is a scam and I am out the money paid for the product that I never received. Being a small business owner, every ***** counts and now I'm out almost ****** for nothing. Frustrating!Initial Complaint

Order # **** for $399.26. That amount was paid when the order was placed September 26, 2021. I received part of the order October 18, 2021. I emailed several times asking for the order status and there has been no communication from this company. They still owe me $150.93 is products.Initial Complaint

On August 30,2021 and again on September 8,2021 I placed an order with this company, paid for both with documentation that the funds were withdrawn from my account, however I have not received any of the products that I ordered. Their website said that if there was a problem I could call or email, which I have done for the last 3 days several different times, to which I have received no call back nor a return email. I have inquired about both of these orders several different times and have received no response at all. I had to reorder those products to take care of my customer and have even tried to reach out to this company to request a refund, again no response. I am not sure where to go from here as I am a small business and can not afford the hit to my reputation. Thank you for helping me to resolve this issue.
