  I had a service technician come to my home to look at my dryer. He seemed fine and charged me $99 for the service call. That money was to be applied towards the repairs if I decided to go forward after researching the cost of replacing the dryer I decided to go ahead with the repairs and clicked on the link that he sent me to pay the remainder of the invoice. I followed up by calling the number on the invoice to let them know I was going forward with the repair and I was told that they had no record of me, and that I was calling the wrong place. I called the 800 number that was on the invoice and I called the local number for the location near me. I ended up calling six different times and each time I got no answers, they had no record of me, they couldnt put me through to a manager, and they couldnt give me the phone number for the local location or connect me to anyone there. I would not recommend using this company. I have serious concerns as to whether its even legitimate. I even asked two of the people who answered the phone if it was a legitimate business or scam, and neither one of them would tell me that it was a legitimate business. I didnt have any concerns until I tried to follow up and have them order the part. Now I have disputed the charges because I think it might be fraud, Ive canceled my credit card, and Im probably going to file a police report because I had some random stranger in my house, who may or may not work for this company.

  Used this company to fix a fridge. It worked for several days shortly after their visit and broke down again with the same problem. They sent a tech back to look at the fridge after a few requests over the phone. The fridge was not fixed. Called A+ Appliance Repair for a refund this time. They agreed to refund labor only. They said that it would take 2 business days to process a refund we haven't seen our money for weeks. First, they kept saying that a check would be mailed, now, they just transfer me to a 'mysterious' manager that never picks up the phone, and doesn't have a phone number or email address.To sum it up, they didn't do their job, took our money, and keep ignoring **. Had to use three different phone numbers to even get ahold of them since they just stop picking up the phone when we call trying to speak to somebody who makes decisions there.
