  Sung and ***, and their entire crew, were great!!!We had a lot of special requests to accommodate outdoor decorations, both in the back for summer and in front for the holidays. They did all smartly and at no extra charge.Workmanship and materials superior and the experience itself was all outstanding and painless.Highly recommended!***

  They did an excellent work on our Church and attached Parsonage roofing. They started the work and completed the work on time. They did the church flat roofing and regular roofing. Also did the all the sidings. we are fully satisfied with their job and happy to refer anyone for their service Thanks for a job well done

  My experience with this company mirrors that of others: subpar work on both the roof and siding. What's particularly frustrating is the owner's (**********) apparent refusal to communicate in English, which seems inconsistent in *****************.The most egregious issue arose when they filed a fraudulent claim with my insurance, falsely stating they had removed and reinstalled my solar panels. This was a blatant lie, as the solar company had handled that task. When I raised concerns about incomplete work and halted the final insurance payment, they resorted to forging my signature in an attempt to cash the check. Fortunately, my insurance company intervened and prevented the fraudulent transaction.Currently, I'm pursuing legal action against RNR Construction and have filed complaints with the ********** of ********* and the police department due to the check forgery, a federal offense given the amount involved.For those considering hiring RNR, beware: there are rumors that they may be rebranding, likely to evade scrutiny amidst ongoing investigations into insurance fraud. Proceed with extreme caution when dealing with this company.

  The customer is confused about the roles of the contractor and the Public Adjuster. Regarding the Solar Panel, the Public Adjuster requested the removal and reset cost from the insurance, and the funds were to be distributed to the appropriate individual to perform the work. However, during the claim process, the customer accused us of lying to the insurance. It was Public Adjuster attempting to secure approval for as much as the insurance policy allowed. Ultimately, the insurance did not pay for the solar panel replacement because they claimed the panels were not replaced by us only removed. The insurance paid for the removal to us but not for the replacement cost. The Public Adjuster was trying to secure the full entitlements from the insurance policy but PA gave up due to the false accusations. The Public Adjuster could have gotten to the customer the funds (***** to pay whoever did the work for solar or for other improvements which the customer originally asked us to do extra work. Even without the fund, we had finished extra work without getting paid or outside of insurance scope. Regarding the check endorsement, the insured has already stopped the check for payment, and the customer has endorsed the newly issued check.

  These guys were great. Their siding experts were master craftsmen and made the house look brand new. They even made suggestions about improvements we had not thought of.Also the owner and the sales rep were always available to us and made sure we got everything we wanted. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
