      on 08/10/2023 I applied for auto assistance in ( csbg) programs , with this agency ,***************************************************** , with a ***************************, later I withdrew my application for assistance and request that Two Rive , remove / destroy ALL my personal information not to store my personal information in side a file cabinet for 5-7 years I was told by ******* , that Two River must keep ALL personal information for 5-7 years in a cabinet nothing in the application states anything about keeping personal information after you withdraw your application... Thank you

      *************************** called the office regarding her personal information being shredded. She asked to speak to a supervisor and we explained her application was incomplete and all documents would be shredded at the end of our ***** **** 12-31-23. She stated she understood and thanked us for taking her call. Our retention policy states all completed applications must be stored in a locked room for seven ****s, her case worker did not know the policy for incomplete applications. ***************************** incomplete application was shredded at the end of the 2023 ***** ****.

      Attachments included are our retention policy and the email sent to ******* explaining her documents would be shredded.
