      I used Factor, a meal prep delivery service. I skipped a meal, and they said they had no evidence of that. They then charged me for the full amount. I want my charge reversed.

      Factor 75 reactivated my account without my permit and charged to my husband bank account $72.96. I reached the costumer service and it said that they cannot cancel it. I did not order anything from them after 04/27/2025, they charged withou any permit.

      I order from Factor a box the beginning of February but cancelled my account February *******. I went back in my account the same day to check the menus but Factor instead placed an order that was just delivered today April 29. I didn't order it and in wasn't even my diet preferences. I can't eat the food and the cost was $75. I went online to chat with someone about it but they said there was nothing they could do.

      My stepmother was getting meals from Factor75 and asked if we wanted 6 free meals to try. We signed up for the free meals. We didn't care for the meals and didn't sign up for more. The next week we received another box ? Checked with my mother in law she didn't order them and canceled her account. The next week we received another box. Contacted Factor75 who stated we had an account and had my credit card #. Not sure how they got it . Canceled the account we didn't know we had but were charged 84$ twice for food we didn't order or want.

      The company specifically offered free shipping if I unskipped my next order. I did so and redeemed it in the time that they said but they did not apply the credits to my account. The box should have been free using the existing credits on my account. The company refused to honor this and they're supervisor was incredibly unhelpful and refused to get me a manager. Her email address is: ******[email protected] free shipping email specifically did not say that it could not be used on credits. It also did not say it only applied to a certain week just that I had to order by a certain time because that's what it said and I could not order for the week that the email was apparently implying because by the time I received it it was too late. My expectation is that the company should honor their free shipping promotion along with my credit which would make the order entirely free. The amount listed on this does not include the shipping cost of $10.99. The company did not apply any of my $108+ credits to the order. One agent did offer to refund the order after I paid the full amount but only the amount that did not include the free shipping which they offered.

To say that they have poor customer service would be a massive understatement. To describe it accurately it could not be done in polite company.

      I kept the subscription so that I could order protein shakes when I wanted them, but company does not allow an account without auto shipment. I cancelled the shipments 6weeks at a time and havent received a shipment from them in over 6mo. The card on file was replaced by financial institution and I didnt update as I hadnt received a shipment in over 6mo. I also moved to a different state in that time frame. Received a notification today that an order was being shipped (though I had cancelled through all of April). I contacted company to let them know I moved and there is no one to receive shipment at old address. I asked to cancel shipment since today was first notification Id received (they send AFTER shipment and charge applied). They refused to cancel the order or to refund the food that would be going to an old address. I canceled my account - no longer want to patronize a crooked company.

      Factor automatically signs you up for a delivery without you ever placing an order, then charges you for it. I went to the website based on an email offer to look into the meal options and pricing. While on vacation, they sent me a box of food I don't want, didn't order and am not home to accept, and are now refusing to refund me. This cannot be legal.

      I had a subscription to factor years ago.. I cancelled and recently just looked at their meals but due to the sodium levels decided not to order. I then saw a charge on my ****** account . Factor created an order just from me browsing. I never authorized payment. I reached out to them and they said its already been shipped and there is nothing they can do. I explained we cant eat the food and their response was they will give me half off the next order. I will not be ordering or looking at their site. Once you look, they already sign you up. Looking at other comments, this happens a lot. Absolutely terrible I also tried to disable emails from them and I still get them.

      Please reopen the case. Factor said they would give me a refund , yet they have not and they did not answer my email. 
      I feel strongly that it is wrong for someone to go on a site, and have their payment method charged automatically against their  will. Saying they would give a refund and not doing it is wrong.

      On March 27, 2025 I called Factor because they charged my card AFTER cancelling. I called to make sure it was cancelled (again) and get a refund. I was told it was too late for a refund which they then changed to "we can give you a one-time courtesy refund". I wait the 5 days, and after no refund called again. A different agent told me the refund was still being processed, and it should take up to 5 more business days. It has been 6 business days, and upon calling today, I was told a refund was never in process and "we don't have an email for customer support". Upon no resolution on that phone call, I contacted online chat support as that is my only other option. The chat representative told me my card was never charged and I had to pull up my bank statement to prove that it was. Upon receiving said pic, the agent then told me another lie and I said I would report to BBB and report as fraud, which this is. I will be doing everything in my power to both receive the refund and let everyone know NOT to utilize this company's services. Lies, fraud, and more lies...and no email? Sham business.
