    We signed the contract on Feb 12th 2024 to do my Patio and the Contactor(**************************** and Ms.****** from HL Contracting & General Construction) committed to finish the work in 2 to 3 weeks. He started the work on Feb 22nd 2024.As per the agreement he should have completed the patio work by mid of March. The work was paused in March after he collected the money from me and since then no progress. Many times I tried to reach him through Phone calls and messages. But he didn't answer the calls and not providing any response in messages. His behavior is totally unprofessional to handle the client. He paused the work in between; moving to different projects and not answering the calls/messages. It is very stressful to live around theunfinishedwork area for along duration oftime whichaffects ourdailyroutine and mental health.********* was able to get him through thephone in the last 5 weeks, he said the he'll come and do the work next day, but either he won't show a full week or he just come for an hour in a whole week. The work is not moving for the last 5 weeks. We started the patio work with a lot of hope. We are depressed even after spending ahuge amount of money and time.+
