    Sent crystal pieces for repair on 8.8.23, received an invoice for repairs and paid it on 9.16.23. I have been in contact several times since payment to ask when I can expect my crystal and each time they promise it's going to be done. I'm still waiting and now I'm beginning to wonder if I have been scammed.

    Good morning Sir or Ma'am, my complaint regards an order I placed from Crystal House (CHAZERLY DESIGNS', ***** on 12 December 2021; Order #****. I purchased one Vista Alegre Gemstone Whiskey Decanter for $295, and one pair of Vista Alegre Gemstone Old Fashion Whiskey Glasses for $95, minus a military discount (-$35) for a subtotal of $351. Initially the vendor contacted me (*****************************) via phone call to inform me they'd priced the items incorrectly on their website, and asked if I would be willing to pay an additional $130 due to their error. I declined as their mistake was their error and paying them more did not benefit me as a customer/consumer, my order had already been placed, and my card had already been charged for the listed price. Over the course of now 150 days, I've communicated with the business and received my whiskey glasses on 10 March (almost 90 days after my order was placed), but have still not received my decanter. Although the vendor communicated via email and phone they would send me the items, they have failed to initiate any contact with me or keep me informed as I have been the only one throughout the period to consistently request my item and updates. I'm only told they will be ordered or they are not in stock. The last person I spoke with was *** who informed me he would fulfil my order, as I've been previously told before, and no action is taken. I respectfully request assistance in forcing this business to fulfill their obligation to mail me the remaining Vista Alegre Gemstone Whiskey Decanter promptly (to ************************************************************ now that I have been issued military orders and moved), or at the very least refunded appropriately.
