    We had a porch built by this company in May 2022 and we observed some cracks in the concrete and leakage from the roof.We approached the company to conduct the repairs. They inspected the **************** and agreed to repair the same.It's been two months and till date they have not carried out the repairs. They gave us 4 dates by now to repair the cracks. They did not keep up the appointment with all the 4 dates.Now they are not even picking up our calls or replying to our text messages.

    ND Landscaping was contracted the beginning of August to repair and refinish my patio where I live in a 55+ community. Since I had travel plans for in August, I gave them a check for $1400, the full amount up front and an additional $60 in cash when I asked for a small additional job leveling a platform. The work was started but than the work would cease and there were large lapses of time where no work was done and than all work ceased. The wall they were to repair was left in a raw unfinished state, the platform to be leveled is pulled apart and left in a pile of pavers, the patio that was to be power washed, filled in with polymeric gray sand and sealed was left in a raw form where weeds and mossy growth has reestablished itself. Large pavers on the stoop at my patio doors are loose and dangerous if walked upon. Calls o and texts have been futile or not returned. I do have all the texts still on my phone. I was to be given the second page of the contract which was a three year guarantee for the patio work which also was never received.
