On March 05, 2024, I entered in a contract with Mars *******, he is a commercial loan officer that promise me that he was going to help me to get the loan approved for my commercial building. He started asking for the Fee agreement that was going to be refundable for $950.00 in order to get my loan approved with a lender and if not he will give my money back. I send him all the documents that he asked for and only $750 on 03/25/2024 then on May before I went out of town he assurmed me that he was going to get my approval and order the appraisal right away. I send him $1,500 for the appraisal and order to rush and close on my file because I need it to fix it and sell it. Time passed and I keep calling him regarding my approval that supposly was waiting from "*****" to send it to him and order the appraisal. I got tired of waiting on him and told him to give me my money back because he did not got the approval and never order the appraisal. He keeps telling me that he is sending me the money and waiting on "*****" to send the check and then he got a closing that got delay and it is always an excuse after another excuse. No money yet.
