    I ordered two pairs of Crocs from crocs.com on November 19th 2022, it is now December 6th and I have yet to hear anything on my shipment. I spoke with two different sales associates on 12/3 and both told me that my order would be shipped by Friday December 2nd 2022 and still nothing. I'm very upset and frustrated. I've emailed multiple people and still no response. I just want my stuff by Christmas!

    During Christmas 2023, CROCS sent numerous offers. The first was for 2 for $50 and the second was for 50% off. Both offers came in both email and text, after I signed up for receiving promos. There were about three separate offers over the first two weeks of December. The issue is not once did, after clicking on 'shop specials' did any CROCS show up that were 2 for $50 OR 50% off. not once. I put two CROCS in my cart and the email said the pricing would come off at checkout but it never did leaving the bill double. I then tried to use LIVE CHAT but was 'lost to connection' about 5-6 times before finally getting a response by someone who neither read my isue, viewed the screenshots I submitted or helped me. I told them to read the issue and to look at the picture. They only said that there was no "2 for 50% off" which I never claimed was the issue. They said there were no specials offered and to try later at the next holiday. I told them I had received the texts and emails this week but they denied any specials despite these coming from CROCS.
