    My niece bought 3 tickets for ****** ********** on October 8th, 2024. As we were walking to the venue we were told the show was canceled 30 minutes before it was to start. It was rescheduled for October 15th 2024 but we all had previous engagements that we could not cancel. My niece and I tried to talk to their service people and got no where. They told us we could resell the tickets. My niece tried but was only able to get ***** per ticket back and we are out ******. Why are ticket sellers able to do that when we didn't cancel, they did. I feel we are owed ******. Hoping you could help as we are not rich people who would throw our money away like this. Thank you **** Moramarco

    I am rejecting this response because: it is not true.  I sent the ticket confirmation email.  No one is taking. Responsibility for selling us these tickets.

We are not associated with any venue, box office, or primary supplier. Prices may be above or below face value. 

    Customers will continue to be protected by our buyers guarantee, meaning they will receive a full refund for any event which is cancelled and not planned to be rescheduled. If an event is rescheduled, we must adhere to the terms of use agreed to at the time of sale, which state If an event is postponed or rescheduled, and the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refund. We appreciate our customers continued patience and understanding while TicketsOnSale continues to monitor, communicate, and follow through in providing excellent service for orders to live events. 

    Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is the biggest tip off  in ticket sales.  Never before have issues had to lose money because I could not make the rescheduled date.  Again this should be outlawed.  I am so disgusted that nothing is being fine about this issue.  Never again will I or anyone of my friends or family but ticket from this seller.
