      This is the worst company! Is zero starts possible? Terrible customer service. They say we will escalate your case and someone will call you in ***** hours. No phone call - ever. I have had SO many issues with them - we were a customer since 2015. I have been trying since NOVEMBER 2024 to get our contact cancelled. Received an email in January from our account *** saying it would be cancelled as of 3/1/25. I received a bill for April and there was a pick up schedule on 4/3/25. When I called they said the account hadn't been cancelled. Then they told me that it would be cancelled on 4/4/25. Do I believe them? NO. I was also told our *** would call me - HA! They never call. They don't show up when a pick up is scheduled and then come on some random day and expect you to accommodate them. I have had to call them probably more than 50 times in the last 10 years about issues. Never use this company - it will only leave you frustrated and with a headache.

      ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I had written a review a few months ago when I first signed up for Stericycle and how the sales *** misled me on the services that would be provided. Fast forward 6 months and I need to cancel the account bc we no longer need the services and I am aware of the fees to cancel but they tacked on an extra cancellation fee which is not mentioned in the termination language and refused to cancel the contract immediately bc they wanted proof the clinic was closed. **** **** the absolute worst in customer service still will not cancel my account immediately and is making me wait **************************************************** RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

      This company is horrible and has unethical business practices. A 5-year contract was signed with them in 2014 that apparently had an "auto renewal" clause in it, but never sent any type of notification for when that renewal was coming close so you can never get out of the contract unless you have the exact same employee handling this for 11 years who meticulously tracks the aut renewal date and then gives a 60 day notice. We have been paying them over $330 a month for over 11 years and they have not come to pick up our hazardous waste for YEARS! They put you on an auto renewal contract that you cannot get out of, yet they don't have their semi-annual pick *** automated? After months of trying to reach them to pick up our hazardous waste with going back and forth with several people, they finally came out to get only part of it - then telling us that even though we pay for them to pick up pharmaceuticals, they tell us they do not handle that and that another company picks those up. That is when we decided to cancel our contract - they told us we have to pay nearly $9,000.00 to cancel our services with them. I told them to cancel and they can bill us for it, but we will NEVER pay that to them. This was after arguing with a Retention Sales Specialist who kept pressuring us to stay with them. This is the worst company I have dealt with in my over 30 years in dentistry. Very shady and unethical in their practices and contracting, making it nearly impossible to cut ties with them. They have had many class action lawuits agains them and I can see why.

      This is a rip off. They billed me twice the quote and turned me to collection because I refused to pay the second invoice.

      This is the most incompetent company I have ever used. They provide you with a service date and don't show up. If you call customer service, they open a ticket and nothing happens. When you call back to check status of the ticket, they cannot transfer you to any other department. They want to open another ticket for the same problem that has not been addressed. It is impossible to get any telephone assistance. They added in excess of $50 in fuel and surcharge fees to the quoted price. When we canceled their services, they charged us $58 to pick up their bins, after making us wait 5 weeks for them to pick them up. Just getting them picked up required multiple phone calls and emails. After they finally picked up the bins, THEY RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE THREE WEEKS LATER AND TRIED TO DROP OFF MORE BINS!!!!!Horrible, horrible business practices.

      There has not been even a single medical waste pick-up service that has been any better than absolutely terrible. It's not normally the drivers, but their scheduling practices are atrocious and their billing practices are even worse. It's like they don't actually want to pick up anything at all but bill you anyway. They show up unannounced, sometimes weeks earlier than they're supposed to, then try to bill you anyway. Absolutely terrible business practices. Zero out of five stars, do NOT recommend!

      This is the worst company I've ever done business with. We canceled our service affective August 1, *****. As of this date the service has not been canceled. We acquire another service effective August 1, 2024. However ********* has continued to bill the company. I've spoken with customer service **** on a number of occasions and nothing has been done. Stericycle has turned the account over to collection for services they did not provide.

      We have had it with this company. They do not pick up the medical waste on any type of schedule. We told them we wanted to cancel the service last January after going 6 months of no collections. As soon as we said that, Steicycle sent someone to come AFTER we said we no longer wanted to service. After bills from them with limited service and NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TELLING THEM WE DO NOT WANT THEIR SERVICE - we get a call telling us we're being turned over to collections because we have a contract going to 2026. This is from 2021 and was not signed by an officer of our company. After reading the reviews, Stericycle needs to take a close look at itself and its operations. It's the same story on every one. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY.

      Only giving them a '1' because '-1' is not an option. Worst customer service from a company I have had in a long time, probably ever. If you want someone to actually show up and provide service, find a different company.

      The worst company I have ever worked with. For ************************************************************************* autopay without our authorization after we stopped paying our bill due to no service. Even after cancelling our service I am told that we signed up for a subscription, which I cannot get removed off our card.
