    To facilitate a July 13, 2023 move, I hired ********************* of Concierge Estate Sales LLC, to coordinate the sale of some of my possessions and empty my home for the new buyers. In lieu of an estate sale she suggested taking certain furniture pieces to consignment shops and selling others by auction. She also had email lists of potential buyers for art work, pinball machines etc she agreed to contact. I paid her $2500 on July 3rd to cover the cost of transporting these items and paying her workers for clearing out the contents of the home. The understanding was she would forward a percentage of the proceeds of the sales. Despite many promises of reports and accounting, none have been received. Repeated attempts to contact her have failed.
