We bought this vehicle from another state and had it delivered. We asked every question possible including if there was any rust on the vehicle. He told us about one spot and sent a picture. He lied about any more rust because upon delivery and inspection we found the frame to be completely rusted and split in half. The vehicle is completely unsafe to drive and will not pass inspection so we can register and tag it. They have not sent us the title and its been 18 days since they received our money. The law in ******** says issues with a vehicle have to be disclosed and they purposely did not tell us about the frame being broken and the car being unsafe to drive. The information on the cars listing says very well maintained one owner very clean and when we called they said it was in mint condition. We have contacted them and they will not return our texts, emails, or phone calls. We also paid to have the car delivered to us and would like that money refunded also by the seller. We are seeking a full refund of the purchase price plus sales tax we paid.I have attached a picture of the broken frame which was not sent to us when we asked for pictures of rust on the vehicle or any major issues.

The Auto dealership, 777 Auto Sales promised me a refund (via **** or company check) for a LEMON CAR (in the amount of $10,334) on 11/30/22. I put a total of 5 miles on the car. Per our written (and verbal) agreement, the car could be returned for full refund within 15 days and 500 miles if unsatisfied. The owner ******** (***) ******* convinced me to let him deliver the car to me in ******** and assured me that I would have no problem with returning the car (I would just have to pay for the return transport fee). On 11/26/22, I informed *** that the struts, exhaust system and transmission had extensive damage and the car would not accelerate pass 40 mph. The car was unsafe to drive and repairs would exceed the value of the car. The car has been in the possession of the dealership since 11/30/22 and the owner ********************* is ignoring my calls and emails requesting the refund. *** indicated on multiple occasions that his mechanic inspected the car and that the car was "excellent condition"....how can you even drive a car that won't accelerate pass 40 mph?!?! I'm in the process of hiring a lawyer!! I have also filed a complaint with the ************** and **************************** of the ******** **************************

I am a Disabled American Veteran and a Senior Citizen living in *****, **. I bought this car from the owner listed.****************** changed the base price of the vehicle from $14,995.00 to $16,527.00. The car was listed for $14,995.00 when I called him about the car and when I drove in to see it. ****************** changed the price by at least $800.00 by the time I arrived at his office. He told me that he would honor the price that was listed. He also told me that the car was in great shape, and that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. The carfax report stated that the car had been in an accident, but was repaired and driven thousands of miles since. ****************** inflated the cost of the vehicle telling me that he was applying an $895.00 preparation fee for which he did not do any preparations, and the lender required a $600.00 + loan origination fee, and a $4200.00 down payment which he never proved to me and the lender stated that neither of those two things were required because of my credit score. ****************** added these additional cost to my finance contract even though I gave him $4000.00 down. As a consequence of his illegal actions my cost went up and my down payment didn't make any difference in my finance charge or monthly payments. I told ****************** that I made an appointment to have the car inspected at ************************* and that I would be sending that report to him, with an expectation that he would cover some of the cost for any major repairs. ************************* performed a 160 point inspection of the vehicle from bumper to bumper and the repairs would cost just under $12,000.00. ****************** was given a copy of the report. ****************** has been unresponsive to my calls, and has shown no willingness to do right by me. The $1532.00 dollars that he stole are mine, and the repairs that are required need to be done for the car to run safely. The car can not be driven at this present time due to necessary repairs to make it drivable.

On 30 August my husband and I made a drive to 777 Auto Sales to purchase a vehicle from them, a 2008 ***** S40. The agreed upon price equated with all added fees came to $7,700. The CARFAX report that went with this vehicle was not accurate and in my opinion amounts to false advertising and possibly the dealer hid the defects from us in order to complete the sale. Upon driving it home it was noticed that the air conditioning wasnt working well or at all. The dash also gave us a notice that the vehicle was overdue for maintenance. Upon arriving back in ********* we made a service appointment with ************************ in ******** **. Earliest appointment was 7 September. We had an oil change done and a diagnostic check of the vehicle. We were shocked to find out the vehicle is in major need of several services not disclosed to us and amounts to $7,300. What kind of dealership would place an auto for sale and advertising as a real good deal when the vehicles needs repairs that almost matches the initial purchase price. We attempted to talk with management at the 777 dealership but they avoid my calls. I reached out to CARFAX to explain the deficiencies in their review of the car but they have not responded. The number 777 Autos gave me to contact your office was not correct *************) nor was the address (330 **********************************************). I would really like to pursue an arbitration to return this vehicle and receive our purchase price back. Thank you. Look forward to hearing back from you.

On or about June 29, 2022, I called 777 Auto Sales, Incorporated located in ****************************************** and spoke to and individual who identified himself as ****** I inquired about a black **** *** 645ci that was listed on 777 Auto Sales, ***** website. ***** advised the vehicle was till for sale and he could have to delivered to my address in *********, **. *** stated he would need a down payment of $500 and the balance of the payment wired to his ********** account. ****** then stated once he receives full payment I would receive the title in ***** business days. I paid the down payment via credit card and had the balance wired to 777 Auto Sales, ********** account. ****** called me on July 12, 2022, confirming he'd received full payment and the vehicle would be transported on July 13th and delivered on July 14th. When the vehicle was not delivered on the 14th, I contacted ****** who stated the transporter drop the ball and the vehicle would be pick up on July 15th and delivered on July 16th, Again, no delivery occurred on the 16th. I called ****** again who stated the transporter "screwed up" again and he would ensure the vehicle was picked up on the 18th and delivered on the 19th. Finally, the vehicle was delivered on the 19th with an intermittent starting issue (aftermarket battery and IVM issue and a non working AC compressor with missing belts, no working radio and CD and multiple electrical vehicle failure codes. This was confirmed by the *** dealership in ***********, ** located on ***********************. In fact, the *************** dealership refused to fix the vehicle as it had to many issues. On, July 25, 2022 I contacted ***** about the title and he stated "you should receive it soon. " When I didn't receive the title by July 29th I contacted *** on July 30, again to inquire about my title. "*** gave an excuse that his sister was on vacation and she would send it out on Aug 1, 2022. I still have not received the title and requested a full refund.

I am rejecting this response because:

He repeatedly deceived me by saying I would have the document in ***** days and that never happened. He blatantly lied to a customer multiple times during a business transaction.

    Sincerely,
