    WOW just WOW. My doctor sent an order for a new mask as I was struggling with the current type of mask I was using. I didn't receive that mask and had to contact IV RC to ask them to send this. They said they would. THREE WEEKS LATER I still haven't received it so I called for an update and they said "Orders are not automatically placed, you have to call to have it sent." I informed the rep that I DID CALL THREE WEEKS AGO to find out where it was and was told it would be sent to me. NO APOLOGIES from the rep AT ALL. I informed her I have been struggling with sleep and still NO APOLOGIES. She didn't ***. This company is NOT FOR YOU. YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU USED THEM.

    Continuously failing to supply CPAP equipment and poor customer service. I always gave the information required/requested. When supplies were needed, they didnt have it. ( such as insurance card information). The name was changed, but the service didnt. As a nurse, my patients had the same treatment/problems. I stopped using my CPAP.

    I was lied to about my order. They said that my CPAP supplies would be fully covered by my insurance. I had a phone call confirmation on this before the order was shipped. This was in January or February of 2022. I received the order ok. Now, in June I have received 2 bills from them totaling $282.82. After much hassle contacting them they said that's just the way it is, there is nothing they can do about it, it wasn't paid by insurance.I will never do business with this company again. You cannot believe anything they say!
