- You may return most new, unopened parts within 7 days of purchase. These items should be in their original packaging. Special Orders are not eligible for return if the part numbers were supplied by the customer or if the full model and serial number were not provided at the time of the order. All other returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return you must return the item with the proof of purchase. There are no returns on electrical parts.
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
Opened or used
Special orders
Returned more then 7 days after purchase
Returned without original sales slip
