    We needed a tombstone updated with my step son, my husband's son who suddenly passed from an overdose in Denver, Co. We were referred to Honer Memorials to have adjustments made to the tombstone thst is where we buried ******* who was 34 years old. We buried a daughter who was killed in a tragic car accident 4 tears who was 23 years of age and left our grandson and we had to fight and sfopt our grandson which we fought and won and adoption is final. Fast forward I keep asking the questions the weather is changing, I never was given any indicators thst this would be a long wait, never told I am in line but since I asked about it is getting too cold to engrave I know as I dealt with this in regards to when my daughter passed and requested an estimated date if completion, I am getting I have thousands to do, they are lying they only need to put date of birth and date if death, ***** since my step son was transgender and those 3 updates are it the picture we ordered separate but I can't obtain how many in front of us, estimated time waiting, can they engrave if it is below a certain temperature the answer is we are busy then they should hsve not accepted the contract and not take our money. Burying 2 out of 3 adult children no one understands the struggles we go thru, we raise our grandson and all I am asking us for dates and now being told call the owner she will say the same, this business has a lsvk of professionalism and no empathy because how can they, did they bury 2 children, do the proof, do the engraving put the picture on the tombstone and let our family have that moment the whole family is upset about no answers.
