I am on the *** board at my kids school. On May 23rd we were having a final 5th grade farewell for the 5th graders moving to middle school. We had to move the date from May 20th to the 23rd because of weather. The sales rep advised it would cost another $450 to change the date. I agreed. The cost before that $450 was $1,049.75. I hired US Poker and Casino Parties to make Wax Hands for all the 5th graders. The event was from 12:45-3:00 but the kids would eat lunch until 1:00. So they could start the wax hands at 1:00. The sales rep from US Poker and Casino Parties told me before the event that they could do ***** hands per hour(email attached). We have 105 students and not all were at school that day. So I figured they Could do ****** in the two hours of the event. One hour in we only had 34 done. I reached out and they advised they could stay longer but we could only have the students stay about 15 minutes longer because of dismissal. I advised the sales rep I would not be paying the $450 because we had over 30 students that did not get a chance to complete the wax hands(student check list attached) Those students were really upset. US Poker and Casino Parties keeps sending us a **** for the $450. I am not paying that **** and would like a full or partial refund for the constant harassment of the ****. They did not fulfill their contract of ***** hands per hour.
