2 starsWe ordered/purchased countertops from Factory Plaza, ***********, **. While speaking with sales person, we were told everything will be great. Make sure to tell the measurer everything you want and ask all questions so everything is understood. We did this, we were told what we wanted was not the best option as far as the sink cut out (farmers sink). we went with what was suggested, BIG MISTAKE !!! Now after installation( not really installation, no caulk or silicone was used, as "we don't do that" was the response) there is a large gap between the countertop and the sink.(again not their problem). the walls are scraped and need touch up(NOT THEIR PROBLEM). the dishwasher was uninstalled by them (have your contractor fix it)Back of counters not sealed (contractor should do this). this was their response to every question or concern we had..... BEWARE all they really do is place the counters on top of cabinets!!!Review fromNick M

1 starThe job began in November 2023 It is now April 24, 2024 Job Incomplete.My experience is similar to several others I have read filing a complaint about Factory Plaza.I paid $13,000 for the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity. They will NOT start the project until they are PAID IN FULL.I started with one person. Who was let go. My project was then turned over to a new person. That person did not have ANY information about the job or notes about what was dicussed.No real paper work was created.Could not fill the order correctly. Factory Plaza calls themselves custom cabinet makers. Yet, the could fill an order for simple Shaker cabinets.I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to make the cabinets. And 2 days to install. On april 3, 2024 the installer came out but had to stop because Factory Plaza did not fill the order correctly. The drawer style was wrong. Parts were missing. Wrong materials ordered.They never answered my calls, text messages, or emails. When I did get through to the company the person I needed to talk to was either not available or was not in. They never take ownership of their mistakes. I was mislead. Lied to. This company is a Fraud.Review fromAaron S

4 starsFactory Plaza did a great job with our cabinets and countertops. There were some minor issues with communication with the cabinet installers, but we worked through them. The countertop and backsplash installers did a phenomenal job with everything especially the seams. I would recommend them.
