  Champion Roofing was hired to fix the leaking roof on my house. I was charged $650.00 to repair the roof by ********************* from Champion. Mind you, before the initial repair I paid thousands to a separate contractor to remove the wet drywall and insulation, and dry out the area with blowers. After ***** claimed to have repaired the roof, the other contractor put in new insulation, new drywall and painted the room. Two months later the roof leaked again in the same spot. ************** came to the house again and said he had gone up and corrected the initial repair. Now, two years later the roof is leaking again in the same spot because it was NEVER repaired properly in the first place. I did not ask them to put a temporary fix on the roof! I then contacted **** from Champion and she was very helpful and said she would talk to the "production" team. Later I received a call from ***** at Champion who claimed the job was done right and the best they could do was replace the roof for $7,995.00 less the $650.00 I paid initially. This resolution will not work. I am a widowed, senior citizen, living on a fixed income and I feel they took advantage me.

  Champion Roofing performed a repair on a 10 year plus roof. Customer claims that it leaked two months after we repaired it, so we went back out and repaired it again NO charge. Mind you our contract clearly states no warranty on repairs. Now more than 2 years later the roof has another leak. We inspected the roof and found roof is failing due to improper workmanship on the original install. Original install was not performed by Champion Roofing. We recommended that she replaces the roof and have it installed correctly by a professional like Champion Roofing. That will alleviate any future issues. Furthermore, as proof that Champion Roofing does NOT take advantage of anyone, we offered to credit the original repair fee of $650.00 against the purchase of new roof. How much fairer can you be?

  Champion Roofing is A rated and will maintain our rating as a outstanding, ethical and master craftsman contractor.

  I am rejecting this response because: After paying a contractor thousands to replace the insulation and drywall, and then repaint, *********** initial repair failed. This caused everything to be saturated again and leak in the same spot. This wasnt done properly the first time ********************* came out, or the second time he claimed to have done the repair! OY, why would I trust Champion Roofing to come anywhere near my roof again??? No thanks, ***************************! I hope you sleep well!

  On October 19th I was at work from 7:30am to 5:45pm at health care facility where I am the *************** Manager. When I reached my 2021 ***** Civic which I bought brand new in March 2021 there was damage on drivers door with white paint. I called the Adminstrator at 5:47pm and non emergency police line at 5:51pm. The next morning I had a doctor *********** for my broken ankle and then went to police station per non emergency line direction. The camera was watched at work for October 18th 2022. I did not leave the building all day. The only vehicle that pulled next to mine leaving passenger side door open that was white was Champion Roofing. They were there doing work for facility. I have video showing them get out of truck. Left doors open while they went to smoke. On a windy day. I called Champion Roofing on October 19th spoke to a **** who said her guys didn't do it. I received an email October 21st basically calling me a lair and stated they don't just hand out checks. I have full coverage insurance and I could pay cash today to have my car fixed. The point is I shouldn't have to. Champion Roofing was at facility the 20th and 21st and neither day did anyone come in and ask to view the tape. So now I've continued to consult with attorney and the police. I am not some random person asking for some handout. This company damaged my new car that had zero damage! Zero! I will add the repair is less then 600 dollars plus cost of rental car. That would be paid directly to repair body shop and car rental - not to me. Thoroughly disgusted with this company. They have copy of repair estimate from *******.

  Not sure why this is a BBB complaint. Champion Roofing has no contract  and has performed no work for this lady. She alleges damage to her vehicle but can provide no proof. My employees deny any knowledge of any damage.

  This is a civil matter and should be dealt with accordingly.

  I am rejecting this response because: ******************************* is a liar. I have contacted him from ********************************** ************** by email and I have spoken to a **** at Champion roofing as they- Champion Roofing was a Contractor on site for roof repair of the Business at ********************************************************* where I am the *************** Manager. I am the one who signed off their Champion Roofings Invoice for $26,000+ for wok they did to for my job/employer where my car was parked when Champion Roofings work truck pulled in next to my 2021 ***** Civic that I bought brand new in March 2021 and multiple work men piled out of the truck after pulling in and left the passenger door open to their work truck and it hit my drivers door leaving white paint and a dent. I emailed the estimate from ******* to Champion Roofing. I have filed reviews. ******************** seems to enjoy calling me "lady" and called me a scammer on Messenger. I have attached the screen shots. I have asked for Champion Roofing to come in ********************************** multiple times to watch the video with the Administrator of the building and Champion Roofing has Refused! 

   Per the pictures I attached you can see Champion Roofing work truck pull in and park at ********************************************************* and park next to my new car. Per the screen shots you can read that Champion Roofing called me a scammer and refers to me as "lady" of which he knows my name is **************************** 

  Per the email screen shots you can read that again Champion Roofing was asking to come into ********************************** multiple times and never once did they request to speak to the Administrator and ask to view the video. 

  ******************** (*****) and (*****) and anyone else who was on ********************* property are liars! The police even spoke with the Administrator at ******************* and I will be notifying the Owners being ******** and ******* 

  Its very disturbing that Champion Roofing can lie so easily to the BBB and anyone else who will listen. They refused to come view the video as it is the property of **********************************. They now state they didn't work for me...no they worked for my employer at the facility where they clearly parked their work truck next to mine. Of which I did send him the pictures and he is just a jerk about it. He tries to be a bully and intimidate me of which that won't work. I guess I could have not signed the invoice for Champions Roofing to be paid and then what? The difference between me *************************** and Champion Roofing is I have Integrity. 

  I wanted others to be aware of how Champion Roofing lies and tries to belittle people which is why I reported to the BBB. I will continue to report. I am paying to fix my car out of My own funds of which will be part of suit against Champion Roofing as well as my hourly wage of $35 an hour for all time missed work. I was asking for Champion Roofing to pay ******* and rental car but now I am asking for everything else. 

   

  Shame on any Company who behaves the way Champion Roofing does and has. I would have uploaded more screen shots but only allows 4.

  This Lady has presented no evidence as she claims she has. Champion Roofing maintains our innocence. She needs to prove her claim which she cannot do. She continues to slander our company and we will seek legal action if she does not subsist.  The BBB needs to dismiss this frivolous claim.

  I am rejecting this response because:The Administrator at ******************* called ********************* who is in charge of hiring the contractors who work at Citadel. ********************* was informed of Champion Roofing and that the owner continues to call me "lady" even though I have a name. ********************* was also informed to tell Champion Roofing that this is a very legit claim, that I am not a scammer as ******************** has called me in a FB message, that they were told to come watch the video and have to this day refused. I have a copy of the Invoice of work done at Citadel #***** from Champion Roofing (Invoice Attached). I am not sure why this company continues to lie. I am the *************** Manager at **********************************. 

  Yes PLEASE take me to court. ****************** will be there to prove Champion Roofing is continuing to LIE. Horribly unprofessional. I will be emailing the owners tomorrow from work now. They will see this. I will notify Administration and *********************. I will not longer allow Champion Roofing to bully and lie about me.
