I Wired this company (Floyd **** $5000 to lease a truck. Floyd **** provided a driver and we ran for about 30 days. This company kept every dollar that my truck and my driver made. Contractually they were due 12% but they took 100% and then ultimately took back the truck. I covered some fuel, all tolls and I paid their driver out of my pocket!

A service was requested on DAT platform for a lane from Waterloo ****** **. A guy that identifies himself as *** from Thats it Trucking confirms that he can cover this load since he saw it on DAT available. He asks the payment by ***** prior to de delivery of the 50% of the total of the rate (**** USD) He begin to push for money so we can get information of the load. From here, all the communication is around asking money for information. We accept to send the last Zelle transaction and that is the last email we got from ***. We made a payment of 500 USD then 750 and the last one 700 USD.Afterwards another company and from a gmail account send the same BOL that *** previously shared with us to the shipper. We get in touch for this matter to with this new company with all the evidence that we are the cnees of the cargo to ask for information. The communication they shared was asking for more money. It began with **** USD and ended with 10,000k USD We got some photos from shipper of the truck and this is how we got in touch with EGO Logistics. We sent them an emai to solve this issue. This company ask them to stop giving us information about this load, although apparently the company that perform the pick up is Floyd.Floyd has not been in touch with us, altough we shared also with them the evidence in this email but the payment is being asked to make it to their company account.Nowadays the truck havent appear yet and we dont have any information about the load The Merchandise has a really high monetary value, so we are really are looking forward for any way to get this cargo back. We have filed a report against the original company, but since the payment is being asked for Floyd we think that they are the ones who actual pick up this cargo and that they are holding our cargo from being delivered.

Back in February, fuel was stolen from me off my fuel card, and when they saw it, they canceled the fuel card without any kind of notification whatsoever about it, and said they will have an investigation launched to see what is going on and what the cause of it was. They told me it would be 60 days for the investigation, and told me, they're required to still charge me, and then proceeded to steal $5,000 from me over a 2 week period. When I've asked about it, their response was "we can't reimburse you the money until the investigation is complete", even though, they, my dispatcher, myself and my driver have proof he wasn't in the area when it happened. When I call and ask about it, they continue to give me the run around about it.Not to mention, they also commit wire fraud weekly, when they're paid as a different company, but pays us from Floyd, **** which according them, is supposed to be defunct, because operating costs got too high. They also, each week, proceed to illegally skim money off rates, and then, take an additional percentage off the rates as well, and try to claim that the "brokers" aren't paying all that well. I can get documentation of this at any time, if requested.
