    I am writing to you to complain about Electric Work Force, ***************************************************************. I did business with this company from June 2, 2022, to June 7, 2022). During that time, Electric Work Force. Provided electrical work to correct unsafe electrical and wiring mistakes made by a contractor In the initial meeting Electric Work Force performed an inspection of the electrical work, and upon completing the inspection, they provided an estimate of what it would cost to correct. In general, I found the work from Electric Work Force satisfactory; however, considering the cost paid for the work, I am totally not satisfied with the finish, fit, and detail of the completed job. At issue is how the *** receptacle in the bathroom was installed and finished along with the crude piecing together in of wiring in the garage for the recessed lighting that was installed in the family room.The issue with the *** receptacle in the bathroom was that in its original configuration, the receptacle it was a standard single receptacle with two outlets however, after the repairs were made, the outlet was reconfigured with two receptacles, one with a *** protection and one without in addition the new wall plate that was installed had huge gaps between the wall and wall plate. I reached out to the Electric Work Force to have the receptacle reconfigured back by removing the second receptacle repairing the wall plate so that the wall plate would be flush with the wall without any exposed gaps, and also installing a proper electrical enclosure to clover the hole in the garage made for the power source recessed lighting in the family room.However, repairs made the bathroom and garage were not satisfactorily completed as I had to hire another electrical contractor to go behind Electric Work Force to satisfactorily complete the work that was left unfinished

    We spoke to the customer and the problem he has an issue with pricing and was resolved with the customer. Per the customer he is satisfied with the outcome now. Stated he will remove the complaint
