      I received and auto quote from them for $320 monthly they ran my information and i signed up for insurance. After I paid and received my insurance card I get a bill this mont for $514. I called and they said they made a mistake and that if i dont pay the amount they will get my licenses suspended with the dmv.

      On 4-17-23, Insure On The Spot Services, **** submitted an application to *************************** Company.  The payment schedule that was issued on 4-17-23 was for monthly payments of $514.09. Insure On The Spot Services, **** worked with *************************** Company to correct the payment schedule.  On 5-8-23, *************************** Company issue the corrected payment schedule of $352.18, the amount Ms. ********* was originally quoted.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused *********************  We feel the above information should answer any questions regarding this matter.

      the may payment is still showing $514. I was never quoted $514. so even called to ask why i was giving a $514 invoice afterwards they never told me why. i had to purchase insurance for elsewhere now and I want my money back from insure on the spot.

      On 7-25-22, Insure On The Spot ****************** Services, **** received a check for $422.00.
      The check submitted by *************************** resulted in an overpayment of $107.87.  Once the check was cleared by the bank Insure On The Spot ****************** Services, **** issued **************** a refund on 8-3-22.

      Two weeks ago I called and sure on the spot to pay my monthly insurance **** but when I called them they told me that it had lapsed in April I was confused not understanding what was going on so they told me I had to renew it so I renewed it which was $92 but by the time I got off the phone I realized that I called the wrong insurance company and I called them right back right after I got off the phone to tell them to cancel the policy they had plenty enough time to reverse my payment but it said they still took the payment off I have fibromyalgia I don't have the best memory it's a thing called memory fog so not realize and I called the wrong insurance company I started a new policy with insure on the spot and that's not who I'm insured with so I don't think it's fair that it's taking them this long to give me my money back so I called today and the lady said oh let me check for your policy after already being on hold 10 15 minutes she turns around putting me on hold again for about 20 minutes never come back to the phone to explain to me where my money is or nothing this to me is very unprofessional because as fast as you took it off my card the fastest you should have been able to reverse that payment because I called back about 10:15 minutes later so the payment hadn't even went through yet so the payment could have been canceled and I should not be waiting this long for my money back they don't answer the phone when you call and when they do after you being on hold forever they put you back on hold that's unprofessional and I want my money back as soon as possible the lady never came back to the phone and that's rude I want my payment of $92 back in full as soon as possible

      On 7-15-22, Ms. ***************************** contacted our office and submitted a payment of $90 to start insurance on a 2010 ******* Santa Fe. The same day, ************** contacted our office to cancel the insurance. ************** was informed that Insure On The Spot Services, **** needed a letter of cancellation due to the fact the policy was already issued.  On 7-16-22,************** submitted the letter and Insure On The Spot Services, **** forwarded the letter to ********************* the same day.  On 7-22-22, ********************* Company processed the request and on 7-27-22 Insure On The Spot Services, **** issued and mailed out the refund check.

      I received a quote with insure on the spot 12-2022 full coverage and was in a accident 01-2022. the claim I Processed has taken 2 months before declining my claim and lack of communication from both insure on the spot and their third party united equitable.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      When the policy was given. The vehicle nor I had an account with ride-sharing. Once applied for ride share. It has not been a week before the one day I got approved to began from the day of the accident leaving me with 5 days to notify them of the change. In between the 5days from me getting approved. The vehicle only occupied ride sharing for 2hrs on one day due to needing a few bucks for pampers. After that one day i choose not to drive ride share until I can get the policy changed over and which insure on the spot was notified of the change and expressed to me they also partner with a company that does cover ride-share and which papers was signed by me and sent back to insure on the spot and in that time frame My Car Has then been in an accident and a claim was filled. The company United Equable was also notified since the day of the claim that the vehicle was used for two hours on one day to occupy a ride sharing company But did not reject the claim then. Instead waits two months and get estimates before denying the claim in which that two months was still getting their monthly payment which is refusing to refund to me that was communicated with me. I honestly just think that it is unfair.

      The claim was handled by ********************************** and Insure On The Spot Services, **** does not have any involvement of the process of estimates, denials or rejections of claims.
      Please note that **************** did not purchase a policy for the purpose of transporting people or goods for hire. **************** signed the insurance application on 1-6-22 and answered no to question 14.
      Ms. Trumans policy was cancelled on 4-7-22 & Insure On The Spot Services, **** issued a refund of $152.80.  Thank you for your time.

      I am rejecting this response because: I still Do not understand  why my policy was not canceled when I signed up for rideshare and notified insure on the spot on 1-6-2022 when I received papers in the mail. I started the policy on 12-24-2021. I should have been receiving a refund for Three months.

      The papers I Received in the mail stated that I ride for a ride share company and that the policy will NOT Cover any Damages people or property if Accidents occurs WHILE On the job.

      I Called to get a clear understanding of the letter because of the way it was worded. The insure on the spot agent informed me that they have had a company that was not United Equatable That does cover ride share. I stated that Ill Take That policy. By The time it took for them to receive the letter in the mail with my signature showing I did sign up for ride share. I had only used the vehicle for a work purpose for two hours on one day which was 1-14-2022.

      The Accident occurred on 1-24-2022.

      instead of denying my claim immediately Due to Both Insure on the spot and United Equable being notified that I did drive for Ride share before The date of the accident. I should have had my claim cancelled sooner than Two months After the Accident. That which I Paid on time. 
      I would really like my damaged covered for the Trouble I Have been through with the unprofessional company.
