    I have lived at the Lincoln Property.....******************** in ******* **, for a year on August 11, 2022. My first issue(s) started my first month here, with the "valet trash service" for $25 a mnth w/no opt-out option, and the $5 dollar trash fee for the onsite dumpster. Or the mailman who leaves packages at the bottom of the stairwell in your bldg or the incorrect bldg due to him NOT having to walk up stairs.Since March 2022, I have dealt with the following:1. A $203 charge from the utility company that processes/provides the monthly fees for my residence....such as Rent/Valet Trash/Water/Sewage/Pest Control/Trash (Again) called "**********". The amount is still physically on my monthly **** for my pending August 1st ****, and I'm still being told its getting taken care of and not to worry about it.2, Repetitive Tobacco/Other Unrecognized Smells:This is a 100% Non-Smoking Property, since MARCH 21, 2022, I have complained about the constant smell(s) giving me headaches, and making it physically impossible for me to sleep. I have done the following to date (by direction and guidance from the management office).1, In-person complaint 2,Emailed the Resident/Property Managers multiple times 3.Followed directive from management to call the police or the courtesy officer on the property (who they know and have told me can not do anything)4.Called the ********** and had maintenance and office staff physically come to my apt 6.I was offered NO PENALTY to break lease or move to another unit at MY expense 7,To email Regional Manager 8.Told by office staff they knew who was smoking and fined the residents(s) $150 9.To get physical proof of resident(s) smoking Since I complained to Veteran Affairs, their lawyers are handling it and they have no further info. Now I am paying an extra $343 for a mnth-mnth lease, with no resolution, when it states in the "No Smoking Addendum", violators will be removed if it causes discomfort to other residents.
