I dropped my car off on a Thursday night I was having an oil leak and an ** problem. The oil leak was repaired fine, my problem is with the *** when I drop them off I told them that I needed to recharge and that there was a problem somewhere in the ** system. They told me that the problem was with the radiator, I wasn't able to pick up the car that day because they were having trouble getting the air out of the radiator system. So the next day I took an Uber to pick up my car at 9:00 in the morning, I live 10 minutes away, by the time I got home the ** wasn't working. I called meineke back and told them the ** wasn't working I had just given them $930 to fix the ** and put dye in to see where the oil was leaking from. They instructed me to bring it back and they would have the problem repaired that day because I needed my car to go to a few appointments. When got back there they told me that there was a gasket missing in the ** system that they replaced but it still wasn't working so they think that now the compressor was broken. I asked them how they tested the system if the compressor was broken and they said it just went out. The manager, Tablet Rashed instructed me to bring my car back Monday and that he would be in touch with me. Well it's Thursday at this point I need my car back for the weekend and now they're telling me that the ** machine is broken and they're not willing to take it to a different meineke to get it recharged. There are plenty of other automotive service places in *********** where you will not be shystered around and misled. I still haven't heard anything from the manager concerning my case, it's sad because this used to be one of the best shops in town but under this new management it's a bad experience. And asking around I'm not the only one that has suffered at their poor customer service and treatment.
