  While the physical therapist and team were awesome - the billing department was NOT. Unprofessional, not responsive, they even hung up on me when I wasn't understanding. I settled all of my bills in March, had a zero balance, then received another bill in April for a date that pre-dated my services. I asked about why I was being billed out of the blue and they said my payment was declined, I have record of paying them successfully, and then tried to blame it on a different date of service 2 months later. DO NOT TRUST THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT!

  December 2023 paid in full for services. No longer seeking any service. Then October 2024 I received a $276 +/- bill alleging for services in November 2023. Almost a year later and have no idea if service was even used or not. All prior sessions were copay of $30. This bill alleged 4 dates in November 2023. I contacted them online first with no information provided. Contacted via phone. The response to 10 - 11 months delay was due to being sent to internal department. Whatever that is. I consider this suspicious and will not pay a dime. Be aware and avoid this company at all costs.

  Therapist were more concerned with making their hours and company money. My therapist even admitted that she "didnt like people". She only liked to run with her dog. It showed. I ended my PT therapy because of that.

  I had high hopes that ATI Physical Therapy would bring relief, but unfortunately, it turned into a revolving door of disappointment. Despite having X-rays and MRI results ready, *** showed zero initiative in reviewing any of them, nor did they bother reaching out to my doctor. Instead, they relied solely on my own recounting of pain levels, which left me wondering what exactly I was paying for here. Every visit involved the same routine exercises, regardless of my specific injury, while the staff observed from a distance, often preoccupied with their laptops or splitting attention between multiple patients. After six visits, it became clear to me that ATIs approach was more about churning through as many patients as possible than actually treating anyone effectively. Rather than personalized care, I got a one-size-fits-all approach that left me feeling unheard and frustrated. If you're looking for a thoughtful, tailored recovery plan, you might want to look elsewhere **** rinse-and-repeat therapy doesn't do much besides waste time and test patience.

  I called because they kept taking money from my account after payment had been received they stated that a 30 day waiting was a standard policy. Which I find unacceptable. They said that their was no supervisor on staff to help me get my refund of over payment and that it would probably take 40 days.

  My experience with their call center is pretty bad. There is no need for them to ask so many personal questions just to transfer the call to the therapy center. Supervisor needs training on customer service. I don't think it is safe to deal ATI Physical Therapy.

  The treatment I received did not improve my elbow pain, but rather made the pain worse. I was also over-billed by their office. I called three times to ask about the over-billing, but never received a response to my inquiries or any resolution. I just continued to receive invoices from them. I do not recommend using ***.

  I was told that I did not have to pay copay for the 1st visit, because it was an evaluation. Then, I found out that was not true, and my payment for my last visit, was used to pay for the 1st visit. I also was over charged after my 12 visits was over. I was told that my insurance had not paid for my March 21st visit, so they returned my copay to me. I have not received a refund and they could not tell me how my refund was returned to me. So. I was charged a copay again, for the visit that I had already paid for. I wished, I had checked the reviews before I used A.T.I. as my physical therapy.

  DISAPPOINTING. Cookie cutter physical therapy. They just go through the motions and don’t actually listen to or customize care based on each individual. Plus their billing practices are terrible. We stopped therapy at the end of December in 2023 and just received another bill in August 2024. Absurd! There are so many other places for PT; go there. DON’T GO TO ATI.
