My name is ***************************** my parents passed in 2018 they didn't leave a will for the house at ******************* in ******* ******** I hired Attorney Matthew Baysinger to work for me to receive the deed for the house. I was working with a member of their staff since May of 2021. I worked with this person to get all the paperwork competed to receive the deed. In October of 2022 she called me and told me that in January I will have a court date to receive the deed to my parents' house. when I called in February, I was told that the person I was working with had left there was no paperwork they could find concerning my case. I paid them $4000.00. I don't understand what happen to the lawyer she was working with on my case. When I told them that I had copies of the paperwork they wanted be to send it to them. I don't believe that I should send them my copies instead of them trying to contact the lawyer and to put some effort in finding the paperwork concerning my case. It seems like they don't care because they have my money, and they are not going to make an effort to help me with my case I don't know what I should do. They didn't even apology for the trouble they have caused me or offer me a refund.

In addition, the agreement itself includes a specific dispute resolution mechanism with which ****************** has not complied.
