              As you can see on the attached document, I purchased a string trimmer KIT from Discountbros.us Both the item description and photo depict the trimmer, a 5 Amp Hour battery and charger. It took me 3 weeks, and 3 contacts to get them to even send me the trimmer. When it arrived, it was 1) Used, which was not noted in description. and 2) Did not include the battery or charger. When I contacted Discountbros, they told me that despite the original documentation I have from my order, they will not send me a battery and charger as I paid for. I would like to receive the items they told me I purchased.

              We ordered a Christmas tree from Discount **** which arrived in several days. Great we thought, until we tried to put this pre lite tree together. It came in 3 sections and just snapped together. The only problem is we only got 2 sections and NOT the top section. We contacted Discount **** and they promised to send out a top ****** but they lied. After more phone calls and emails they finally sent out something but we dont know what because it wont be delivered until AFTER Christmas.We WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone.
