    Been dealing with Beltoutlet.com for a long time. For some reason, my order of three became two, and they refunded some of my purchase price without notifying me one of the belts was not in stock. I complained to customer service and received a snippy response. Me: "Hello. I received a PayPal refund last week with no explanation. I didn't know why until my shipment arrived today minus the black belt. Why didn't someone reach out to me to tell me the item was not available. I might have been able to substitute and avoid shipping charges which I'll now incur if I need to find a black belt that is actually in stock. "Beltoutlet.com: "We sent you an email notification with a refund charge on January 26th because one of the belts was out of stock. Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping. "Don't insult my intelligence by telling me to read your minds about the refund and how to get free shipping.
