    My husband had bought me two sets of 24k gold for our wedding and cost him $5600 for everything together. It hasnt even been a full year since he bought me this gold and it already broke many times. One time with one of necklaces and the two rings. I only worn them on special occasions so theres no way this is*** should even happen. Every time something have broke me and my husband came back a month later for the necklace that broke, they said it is not fixable and the other jeweler said it was instead they made a new necklace out of it and that also has broken. Before the other necklace broke my ring from the same set broke they also said they cant do anything about it and tried to make us sell it to to them and we did not want to. Then my other ring broke and I only worn it once and they wouldnt do nothing about it . They were trying to make me scrap and I refused I have all the jewelry they claimed they couldnt fix and wanted us to sell to them but we refused they had call the police and the police told us to report them on here and civilly *** them for selling us bad or even fake gold. It hasnt been a full year since my being bought me these gold sets. I have proof of videos and pictures. They are scamming people and trying to buy there gold back because it t keeps breaking . They have so many repairs in the back that had broke from just wearing that gold once . Ive heard so many other complaints about these people and everyone said the same thing about their business and scam. If you guys can please shut them down they robbing people for their money and trying to buy the gold back for cheaper . We will not sell it back to them. At this point they been rude, called police, and wouldnt work with us. So now I am writing this to stop them from scamming other people like me and any of their unhappy customers,

    My complaint is I purchased gold from ************************ IL ***** their phone number ************ I purchased my wife jewelry in the amount of $7000 the jewelry they sold us keeps breaking my wife wears the jewelry only on special occasions. Gold is the strongest metal on the periodic table Ive had 10 different interactions with their jewelry breaking I scraped jewelry that I bought from And jewelry of my own to replace the jewelry that I bought from them So they can fix it and would get charged fees this is The 10th time their jewelry broke with my wife every time we go over there they try telling us. nonsense like buying a car from a dealership in the value go down lets remember that gold never loses its value and only goes up whether you buy and necklaces or are you buying earrings bracelets however you look at it gold never loses its value but yes a car does lose its value its disappointing because Im not the only customer that had issues with this ********************** store when I walked in there a couple days ago on July 9 he showed me over 70 different packages that belong to different people that needed to be fixed so that tells you that their jewelry is no good the manufacturing is no good I dont want to keep wasting my time I just want whats fair and dont want to be scammed like I do every time I go in there Ive spent a lot of money with this jewelry store and recommended people I recommended also had an issue and got mad at me for recommending there I just want whats fair what Im owed in the amount of 7k the other jewelry I didnt wanna scrap it but he said theres no way of saving it so I would buy more stuff and he would sell me the jewelry at high prices and I pay more money out of my pocket which is unfair to me knowing that Ive been over there at 10 different times bought stuff for my wife my daughter like they say happy wife happy life would like this matter to be resolved by Reimbursement of 7000 and apology to my wife
