Drive thru vet. They have zero compassion for animals and their owners. They just want your money. I called Mon Dec 30 to talk to a supervisor,I'm still waiting for a call back. I called yesterday to ask a question about my pets recovery. No one ever responded. Do not take your pet here.

Only motivated by making money. I brought my cat there and they wanted to run every diagnostic they possibly could charging me total of $3000. When I questioned this, they called the bill a "care plan" and did not explain why they needed to perform any of the tests on the bill. When I wanted to leave, they tried to prevent me from leaving. I took my cat to my vet and she only ran a simple lab test to check the cat's kidney function, which was only about $125. Very greedy and motivated to take advantage of pet owners financially when they are emotional.

I thought my appointment was at 11am and showed up at 10:50 am only to be told by a very rude receptionist that my appt. was at 10am and she tried to call. Well the only call I received was from a private number so I didn't answer it. My question is if your a reputable business' than why didn't you call from the business number and not a private one? I don't know anyone who answers private phone numbers. Anyway the rude receptionist said she could reschedule my appt for another $160.00 deposit. well ok my husband has dementia and I really cant afford to lose that kind of money. I was reluctant to do so in the first place but my Vet convinced me. I can see loosing half but not the whole deposit thats ridicules. I only hope that you can help us or redemand them for ripping people off that much money for Gods sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

November 9, 2023 Had my dog there last April 2023 and everyone was wonderful. He had a growth on his spleen which was making him terribly anemic. Almost at deaths door. He had surgery to remove his spleen and has been on a few meds since. He is almost 14 years old and he is doing just great. Very alert and energetic. Love my boy. I would highly recommend VSC to everyone.************** and ****************

Beyond disappointed and upset... I have used care credit (which I LOVE) to pay for many major dog surgeries over the years, to include a full leg amputation, 3 ACL surgeries, 2 bilateral carpal valghs surgeries, a pacemaker and more... I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on surgeries all through care credit. And NEVER, UNTIL NOW have I been charged interest on any of these bills until ************* processed my care credit card to include interest rate of over 24%. It would have been nice to at least have been told this was the case, then I could have had the choice to use a different credit card with lower interest. So now this particular $5,000 surgery has cost me hundreds of dollars more than I planned on.Interestingly, that day I literally stood at the front desk to pay. There were two employees behind the desk chatting about non work related matters. I had never been to this facility before and was literally standing right in front of them on the other side of the counter for several minutes. I finally realized no one was coming out to bring a chart or paperwork so I asked them who was going to check me out and take my payment. They responded like it was an inconvenience. Maybe this is why they processed the card the way they did?Not only that, NO ONE from ************* has ever responded to any of my emails. What is the point of them emailing me their "concerns" to check on the status of my dogs recovery if NO ONE ever responds to my responses and questions?!?!?!I am beyond unhappy with the personnel at this facility. I have had 12 animals in my life and have gone to many different places for veterinary care, emergency veterinary care, water therapy, physical therapy, AND NEVER have I complained about service until now.
