    I visited this facility for face botox I was told they can do the botox on my forehead and eye corners I paid for 66 units and no results at all. I went back after 1 week and i asked them what is going on why i have no results after the botox and i was told i have to wait 2 weeks to see the botox kick in still nothing after 3 weeks.They said maybe its my skin and they told me i need more botox What i think they did not inject pure botox to my face because i had botox before and had no problems at all Finally they said i have to pay more to get more units I want my money back

We understand ******************************* concerns about the perceived lack of results after three weeks and empathize with her frustration.

     In response to her concerns about the possibility of impure Botox, we want to assure *************************** and the BBB that we adhere to the highest standards of safety and quality in all our procedures. Our practitioners are experienced, and we only source products from reputable suppliers.
    Regarding the suggestion of additional units, our recommendation is based on a professional assessment aimed at achieving optimal results. We understand that financial considerations are important, and as a gesture of goodwill, we are willing to offer *************************** a full refund for the Botox treatment that was $594 if she prefers or a credit towards future services within our establishment.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    There is no results at all after the botox I know that the results might vary but in my case there nothing visible .I had botox before and the results were awesome just at this clinic they took the money for nothing. I heard a lot of rumors that they mixed botox with something else that customers has to come back and pay extra for same service.These kind of businesses should not be allowed to operate stealing from customers.I sent you guys pictures showing no results at all after their procedure.Very bad service.
