Emphasis on small batch. While the flavor and texture of the popcorn is good, I was incredibly disappointed with the size of the bags. I guess I didnt read that it was only 3.14 ounces but when youre paying $12+ a bag youre expecting more than a portion the size of a grab bag of chips you get from the gas station. I understand I bought this connected to a fundraiser but just because its for a good cause doesnt mean theyre not scamming people. The executive team of this company should be ashamed of themselves. Total rip off in my opinion and Ill never support another fundraiser through Double Good again.

Scam: direct deposit failed and now will take 5 weeks to receive a paper check in the mail. Easy for them to make money but a pain to actually receive funds.Double Good, LP

Hi ********. Thank you for your feedback. After investigating, it appears that your direct deposit failed because the name was mismatched on the accounts. Once the deposit fails, the other option is to receive a check by mail.Double Good, LP

Participated in a friends daughters fundraiser. I was sent the link - I live in **, they live on the continent. NO WHERE DID IT SAY UNABLE TO DELIVER TO HI. Order should have been here at least by second week of ***. It is now JAN 16; I received another "delayed" email .. I believe it may be the third one. I have asked repeatedly for them to refund. The response was "we already paid out to the fundraiser person". Okay... but what does that have to do with me not getting the product. I have asked them repeatedly to get approval from management since this is a them issue. Nothing. I am disappointed in this company and clearly the product...since I don't have any of them.Double Good, LP

Still haven't received the popcorn after a month. Reached out to them and 2 deadline dates have come and gone. Highly expensive for $1 size bags! Would love to tell you how it tastes but still haven't received my order. This was for a fundraiser at my granddaughters school. Way to drop the bag Double Bad. Hopefully the team gets the money coming to them.Double Good, LP
