    , I would like slto submit a complaint against a used truck dealership from *******, **. ***********************************************************************. I bought a semi truck Freightliner Cascadia with 6 years or 600 000 mi factory warranty. During our negotiations they told me several times it is the best Freightliner's warranty in the market. I wanted to be protected and paid the requested price of $106,000. When I picked up the truck in November 2022 they told me the truck is ready to work and if anything major happens I'll be safe with that warranty. On my first trip to ******, ** the truck went broke. I contacted M&T and they told me to tow the truck to FYDA Freightliner authorized service in ******. I did that and paid $543,00 for it. When **** gave me an estimate of $13,300 for the repair M&T told me they don't want to pay for it and they suggested first to wait for Freightliner's answer regarding the warranty. I waited 3 weeks for it and Freightliner denied the warranty. I contacted M&T with the proposal to share the cost and they refused to do that saying it was my mistake for what happened. I drove that truck only 600 mi from WI to KY and I was moving literally 3mi/h at the Loreal's shipping department when that happened. I didn't have time to brake it. When I picked up the truck in November from M&T they didn't give me any document that specifies what is covered by warranty but they did make a promise, and I have a witness for it that they said that's the best Freightliner's warranty and I'll be safe with it. Now when I have to pay the repair alone $13,300 + to find the way how to cover loses for the bank, insurance and the trailer rent I asked them to send me a warranty document. They didn't have it and they asked it from the Freightliner Rep. ** that proves they made a promise without checking which coverage the truck has. After a few days they sent me that document and it appears the truck doesn't have a full factory warranty as they claimed but only EW4 warranty. They never told me that. I believe my experience with them was a very bad business practice so I would like to submit this claim and try to get refund for the repair because I'm sure the truck had some problem with the differential before purchase and it cracked with me at the very beginning. I don't need to mention I'm struggling a lot because of their unprofessional approach and there is a big opportunity I'll my business will be ruined before I've started.
