  I bought a dress and didn't open until I got back from vacation. I didn't realize you only had 14 days to return upon delivery. I was over the allowed time by the time I opened the box. It was not the color I expected, also too big. I am stuck with a ****** dress that I can't wear.

  Cant even leave one star but they force you to leave something. . Worst quality and service ever. Ordered four dresses. 2 were so poor quality returned immediately. Cheap material -cheap cheap cheap. 3rd dress survived being tried on. 6 weeks later on the evening of the event zipper split trying to unzip to remove from hanger. Companies response was nothing they were going to do about it. So 3 out of 4 were beyond terrible and talk about expensive for junk. 4th we still have as the event was cancelled. We will see what happens if we ever get to use it. We saw the reviews and didnt listen. Please listen and make this company go away.

  This company is not trustworthy. I purchased 2 dresses. The same dress just different colors. I ordered the size that they recommended. I noticed on the website that final sales for all sale items and the items could not be returned. I purchased both dresses. Neither dress was listed as a final sale purchase. Upon receiving the dresses both dresses were too big and had to be returned only to find out that the company tells me both dresses are on sale and could not be returned. When I called customer service, they told me I could return one of them, but not the other. I found this interesting since both dresses originally were refused return. This company provides no customer support. I had to keep a dress that I did not want that didnt fit . Order from them at yr risk.

  Horrible quality for very high cost. ($800+) No customer service. Will fall apart on first wear. Not even sure I will make it thru daughters wedding. Found out after received refuse returns. So incredibly disappointing. This was a huge stretch financially, to get a special mother of bride gown, only to see I just lost $800+ to crooks. Beware everybody.

  Horrible customer service. I received an email saying that I would receive a refund for a $106.00 overcharge. This didn't happen, so I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company, and sent them MC Duggal's email saying I would get the refund. I will never buy from this company again.

  After ordering a few dresses as potential wedding dress options from MacDuggal, I read these reviews and was a little freaked out. However, my experience with MacDuggal was awesome so I wanted to share! I ordered 5 dresses on two separate orders on 10/25. I was excited about the return/exchange policy MacDuggal has as Im definitely a budget bride with a non-budget style and wanted to try some more non-traditional dresses for my wedding next summer. 2 of the dresses were delivered on 10/28 and the other 3 were delivered on 10/30. Super happy with the shipping speed! The dresses themselves were all gorgeous and I was happy with the quality, especially at the price point. I accidentally ordered a size too big, so decided to return them. I did find a dress that I LOVE that I intend to reorder soon in my correct size after doing some in-person dress shopping. I was nervous about the return policy after reading some of these reviews, but it was so seamless. Shipped my dresses back soon after each order arrived (shipment one was sent back on 10/29, shipment two sent back on 11/1). Received emails on 11/2 and 11/6 that they had received my return and would inspect the items and issue a refund within 10 business days. They actually ended up issuing the refund within 3 business days, and the funds showed up on my credit card quickly.I write this because honestly the below reviews freaked me out after I had already placed my orders (and their experiences are still valid!) but wanted to provide a positive point of view, as I had a great experience with MacDuggal. Im super excited to reorder the dress I love in my correct size and cant wait to walk down the aisle in it!

  DO NOT BUY FROM MAC DUGGAL. Their customer service is horrible!! I tried to return a dress that was never worn and still had tags and they would have nothing of it. They have zero customer service!

  Material horrible, heavy. Itchy, beading falling off embroidery unraveling. AND this is how it came, brand new, out of box. $750 dress. Luckily ordered from Dillards, so return went smoothly. Dreading what I am going to be going through returning another ordered same time but from Mac Duggal. And only now reading terrible reviews on their customer service. Also while actually looking around ********, there were at least **** Mac Duggal dresses ranging from 4-8 hundred dollars with the same HORRIBLE workmanship. Beads falling off, lace falling apart, ITCHY material. Idk how they stay in business. Hoping that these reviews at least save some people wasted time and money.

  Similar experience to the rest. I will never buy from this company again. Exactly a month trying to simply exchange a dress that came in used. Very dissapointed.

  I wish I had read these reviews and not the ones on their website! The beads came off my dress before I could even wear it, and I paid a seamstress $100 to fix the week before my son's wedding. At the wedding, the dress dropped beads everywhere. There are whole areas without beads now. $500 for a dress (plus $100 for repairs) that I can't wear again, and all they will offer is a 10% refund. I even offered to accept another dress (different style than this because the dress is simply not wearable) rather than a refund, to no avail. Terrible customer service. Also, there is no way to post a review on their site - they post only a number of positive reviews for the dress, which are clearly curated by them. This is fraudulent.
