1 starWhat a terrible company. I have been using them for years without complaint. They send me the last two products I ordered and they are horribly chipped and the image is blurry. I complained for the first time ever with them, and instead of just making it right, they have you jump though hoops and determine if you actually have an issue. You sent out two plaques that were horribly chipped. I have years of purchases with your company. Both chat and phone customer service were a broken record - no help. I will never give you another cent.

We are most sincerely sorry for the issue with the last two orders. We have reviewed the responses from our Representatives and see that in each instance the Representative followed company protocol, which is to request a photo of the damage and/or specific issue. As we are an on line company, we don't want to inconvenience the customer or have them bear any unnecessary expense to return the item for inspection. This policy has been in force for the 26 years we have been in business and the vast majority of our customers do not have an issue providing the photo. We are very sorry that the customer found this to be an inconvenience. We will, however, provide a fair an equitable resolution upon receipt of the photos inclusive of a replacement or a refund. 1 starI ordered a gift for my Father for Fathers day. I paid extra for shipping that guarantee's on or before Fathers Day. It is over 2 weeks later and I still havent received it. I have sent 3 emails over the course of waiting and have yet to hear a response. I am beyond disappointed and will not ever order from them again.Personalizationmall.com, LLC

We have reviewed our records and do not find any order under the email provided or the last name and zipcode since December of 2024. We would be very happy to search further under perhaps another email or name. 1 starI ordered a personalized baby blanket for my granddaughters baptism. Her name was carefully and legibly written. Brielle Sage. When it arrived and was presented, the name read Brianna Rose. When I asked the company to send the corrected blanket, I was told I would have to pay 50% more. The blanket will be used as a rag.!Personalizationmall.com, LLC

We have reviewed the order in question and see that the order was entered with the personalization ******* ****.While the customer believes that she entered a different name, a check of the order confirmation sent immediately after order placement will validate the name provided. We did, in good faith, offer a 50% replacement discount as we do understand that error can be made when placing an order and try to minimize the financial burden for our customers.
