*****, from ************ came he seems very polite and nice guy and we told him what we want to add in our home. In 2 nd meeting We paid him the money for blue print. we wanted to get this started asap. 3rd meeting july 22nd we got the proposal few details were missing so we had some question about material and he did not seem happy and told us they dont disclose that to anyone. But this was an expensive project and we wanted to make sure what company glass doors and windows they will be using also we changed the roof from rubber to copper, so he was annoyed that day we decided lets do final check by email do there is no confusion and my husband sent him final email with all the details with agree or not agree on the material. And he has disappeared since then. He is not returning our text messages phone calls or email reply. And he took the money for blue print, we never got the blue print only one page he gave us on july 22 nd with some straight lines saying some wood and s**** showing. But it is not the blue print he charged us $2400.00 for THAT!!! I dont know what to do I had been very depressed , my husband is consoling me that thank God we did not give him 75% down payment he was asking from $200,00.00 project. I only went for this company when i saw BBB PLEASE DO SOMETHING save other people from being fooled by this company. And get my money back or tell me how to get my money back.

    Business Response

    Date: 09/01/2022

To explain our side of the story: We had met 3 times for 3 hours each time with this customer regarding their project. Within these three meetings over 40 work change orders were made by request of the customers. The contract was changed completely 3 times because they wanted to make sure they liked their end result which was completely acceptable because their satisfaction with their project was the most important however the last time they emailed to make even more changes this was expected to delay the contract because we had to wait on bids from suppliers for the customers new materials. We updated them there would be a delay and that they would have a new point on contact to whom they did not want to talk to. Between this time there was a misunderstanding the customer had that we had ran off with their money which was never the case. If we took time to respond was because we had to wait on bids from suppliers since the customer kept making work change orders. The blueprints and renderings were a different story however, we created  a 3-d realistic rendering of the property & project which was used to decide how the build would go & a set of blue print made to satisfy the citys needs to which the customer agreed to and used to make their Dec and many work change orders. However the client then did not believe the renderings & blue prints were satisfactory to them once speaking with another architect, whom remains unknown. They then retract their consent for paying us $2400 for the planning & have since been returned their money in a demonstration of good faith & to move forward. We have sent them their updated contract with all their desired work change orders & explained the misunderstanding to which these customers have understood what happened and said there is no longer an issue. Since the issue was resolved we believed they would retract their bad reviews but unfortunately they have not. The customer still wanted to proceed with some of the work however they havent responded and we are pending their response. We take customer service very seriously and hoped a bad review/claim never came, weve had all five star reviews and no less that since the start of our company. We hope these misunderstandings never happen again with any other customers and will take more measures to make sure of that. We hope BBB listens to our side of the story and understands that we have done all we can to satisfy this customer throughout the entire process.
