Business ProfileforRobin's Nest Daycare

I went online to enroll my daughter at Robin's nest for the summer program. It stated to fill out the enrollment form you had to pay $75 to hold their spot in the program. I filled it out and it said it would send me a confirmation email, which it never did. I was charged $75. I contacted the daycare to make sure she was enrolled since I paid the fee. They said they had no openings in our area. I sent two emails to the daycare asking for my enrollment fee back since there were no openings and they never responded to any of my emails. I called the daycare and she said I could go back online and select a box to drop the charge (even though it's already been deducted), so even though I was skeptical I went back to the website and tried to no avail. There is nothing to get your money back. I called another Robin's **** location to ask for help. She said the fee is non-refundable and it will hold a spot when there is an opening. I only needed the spot for the summer, so I have lost out on my $75 and have no school for my daughter to attend (which is beside the point), I just want my enrollment fee back since there was no indication about not being able to be in the summer program if you paid the $75. They are crooks and out for money!
