              The business was supposed to help me get a lease. They approved my application. That was the purpose of the $50. On the day of my showing, no one would answer the phone to help me at the number that is listed. It was during normal business hours. I ended up having to cancel my showing. Rather than listening, apologizing, or trying to be empathetic on the phone, ****, the manager, barked at me and cut me off several times and said he was trying to rectify the situation, but was gaslighting me rather than apologizing for poor company behavior. I would like a lease in one of the places I was approved for. I want this to be shown to me wirh professionalism. And I want **** to apologize to me for acting like such a giant man-baby on the phone.

              This is from the perspective of a prospective tenant. The guys on the phone will not listen to you and they will not address your issues. They'll claim you're yelling when you're not, and yes, I was upset with ****, the person I was speaking with. When he was trying to make a point that no one would hang up on me and that it could have been a disconnect, I believe he was being cheeky and hung up on me himself. Enjoy your vacation, man. You just lost out on a person who had at least 6 months of rent in hand because your staff couldn't be bothered to answer to phone during business hours. I can show the ******* call logs if you want to be ***** and take me to court like you have other people who have complained. You have nothing but complaints online, and half of them are you responding saying you have taken legal action. How about actually making your product more desirable!?Communication is key. I was a PR major. I'm a teacher now, and every single teacher in the ** area is going to know to avoid your service.
