    H&R Block emerald card bank is refusing to refund my unauthorized transactions. They denied my first claim so I filed in the appesl and they giving me to run around ever since back-and-forth back-and-forth. Ive turned in police reports hospital notes two or three times.

    Received a loan from this vendor and to date, unable to repay the funds borrowed as explained thru their methods of repayment. The website outlines for you to enter your payment card, however the submit button remains grayed out and unable to press. I want to repay the funds without additional costs incurred. Multiple requests have been made and escalations created since 2/25/25.

    I filled my taxes on 1/24 an emerald card was sent but it was cancelled so that I can get one at the office. I got there and they couldnt issue me one and kept receiving an error due to how the *** entered my information I wasnt able to receive one. I expedited an emerald card and was charged and I never received it. I have called 15 times and no one will help me. I have been hung up on and all. This is the worst experience ever considering I told them I only filed for the advance. I do not have my card and they keep trying to order new ones. I just want my money transferred off the card because this is ridiculous I have been more than patient

    Im waiting for a check in the amount of $894.12 from H&R BLOCK EMERALD PREPAID MASTERCARD. I called 10/15/2024 spoke with ******. He said it would take 2 weeks. I have not received the money. The reason I requested this account closed and balance of this debit card sent to me is because of a letter from the company telling me I had until November 1 to make the request, or they will start charging a fee. It is impossible to get through to Emerald now as they have closed the account. When I enter my Emerald card number my call will not go through. I called H&R Block just now, they cant help and I was transferred to the same Emerald phone number Ive been calling that has closed the account ***************). I have a confirmation number from my phone call on 10/15 with ****** conf# ******** When can I expect to receive my check for $894.12?

    Yes I had reported fraud on my account back on March 8th. The claim has been denied over and over again --I just spoke to customer service who said the fraud claim was denied due to no claim affidavit on file which I never receive one so I wrote a letter and sent an email to the documents email address stating i didn't make these transcations to **** casino. I have proof hr block receive the email because I got a response back which I have attached. My account was compromise from the beginning I went to a hr block office which was very rude to me kick me out saying it was closing time and I don't have the time to do your taxes . So I went 40 miles out of my way to another hr block only to find out that the other hr block enter my social security number under someone else's account with my tax information. So how do I know the other party didn't get my information because I had to file a theft identity report because someone created a account on my name using my hr block debit card. It must been a consequence the day I receive my tax money someonr uses my card at online gaming site. Something just isn't right here. The branch just got permission to refund my fees from hr block now why cant i get my fraud claim approved. Not only denied but they offer the 0 liability from mastercard which they didnt honor.

    This concerns H&R Block /Emerald card PO Box 6822 **************** ***** ************** When i checked on my Federal tax refund this month the information i got was that it had been deposited in my bank account on May 9 2024, so i checked my tax refund document and the routing and account numbers were wrong.i call H&R ********************** and they sent me to Emerald card who asked me for my SSN and full name and birthday then hung up, i feel like i have been scammed out of my tax refund.Can BBB help me.

    On 04/02/2024, I transferred $940 to my emerald savings account from my ******************** checking account. on 04/03/2024 I logged into my emerald account to pay my rent. My savings account now shows $82.50. I called and spoke with 4 different representatives. All of whom, were unable to explain where my funds of $940 went. I asked to speak to a manager each time and was put on hold for over 20 minutes each time and then hung up on. This is my livelihood. I have children and will be facing eviction in 2 days, if my funds are not put back. Where is my money?

    My h&r block emerald card has been under review and closed without my consent.I wasn't even notified or aware of anything that waa going on.I reached out to someone and which i was told there was suspicious activity on my account that again i waan't aware of they never gave me the reason for the suspicious activity. I asked the what did they see that was suspicious ".No answer".They created three cases in which two of them where closed without reason. The third one is still under reveiw they claimed.And was told someone from the back office will contact me.That was two weeks ago and still no response.I've reached everyday and even was told i can get a temporary card in office in which i tried 3 time and got rejected.The're literally holding my money against my will and i want them to pay for the lies and trauma they put me through.
