    This company is just horrible!!! I have complained about possible mold/mildew in 3 rooms of my condo and they sent a tech out twice with no follow-up or resolution. They don't respond to emails and are totally non-responsive. They collect monthly association dues without a problem but do nothing else. No professionalism, no contact, no follow-through and definitely no resolution to owner complains. Parties on the board have been trying to help me move this along but there is only so much the board can do. I have emailed on several occasions all member per the portal and nothing gets done! I can't wait to see them go! I would have fired them along time ago! Worse company ever and I work in property management and this is NOT how you do business.

    I would rate them an F. They attempt to resolve complaints by making them go away. They do this by misleading residents and outright lying to people. Currently working with our board to terminate them! They also discriminate against minorities. They fail to answer complaints, safety and hazard issues and the like. But they sure do love fining their residents, especially of you complain. The individual in charge, ********, has absolutely no people skills or problem resolution skills.

    No explanation on any fines or fees, even when I have proved them to be illegitimate. They want unit owners to request a hearing to reverse the fines and they do not return any information back as to when the hearing will be. As the latest, will now be without hot water for 5 days and all they said is sorry for the inconvenience. Cant wait to see how much they will charge for this. They do not care about anything but stealing money. We have 2 lobby areas that they hardly maintain, one with 2 old ripped leather chairs no one uses, they removed all trash cans around our building, so they dont take care of that. We have had 3 pipes outside that are covered with a glad garbage bag for 3 weeks they will not address. This company is a joke.

    Terrible do not listen to any owners its like we live in a prison camp. Way to high of assessments 550 a month for nothing ..we have no work out room or pool we even have to pay extra for parking. All parties on board are hiding public records or how money is spent.
