I had ***** ***** and his apprentice do some plumbing work for me over a year ago and we survived it. They drove us half crazy with their unprofessional exploits. The owner seemed like he was trying but the apprentice was belligerent and the owner kept having to tell him to shut up. We had a huge water mess made in kitchen area due to his incompetence. My wife just wanted them out of house. Fast forward to now, I found that they ran a water pipe through our exhaust duct for our dryer which I recently replaced due to heating issues. I am not sure it caused the dryer issue but i'm sure it didn't help the situation. I also found if I shut the main water line off the hot water heater overheats within 10-15 minutes and starts boiling on the inside this is dangerous. He replaced the hot water heater and redid the piping around it also. I also have 2 other issues. We have a check valve which bangs when every time the water is ran and shut off that needs replaced with a good one. He told us he would replace it when the work was first done and he never did. he also ran a recirculation hot water line which is supposed to bring hot water to the master bathroom shower and it has not made a change in the water temperature condition at all. I want him to come and fix all the problems that he and his apprentice have caused. I have tried repeatedly to have him come out and repair these items and he has either no-showed me or called with some excuse as to why he cant make it. I have also told him I am not paying any more money for the problems he has caused. I really don't want these two back in my house but don't know a more strait forward way to complete it. What I would like is to have a reputable plumber come in and complete these repairs and charge the original plumber for the repairs. Due to how long the issues have gone unresolved I had to fix the exhaust piping myself. I wish their were multiple options for desired resolution I would want reembersement for my costs too
