    Unfortunately we had a high water bill situation at a rental property and this company spent a few minutes checking it out and then rebuilding two toilets for $495.53. There is no way the parts and labor should amount to that much. 2 flappers, 2 fill valves, 2 supply lines, and 1 flush valve kit. Seems extremely high to me.

    Our water heater suddenly went out and we needed a licensed professional for a diagnosis and replacement under our home warranty. Our home warranty recommended someone who was unavailable for at least a week. Koehne was recommended by a friend and we were fortunate to get someone in the next morning between 8-8:30 am. **** was here before 8:30! He was VERY polite and informative! He was also very mindful of our carpets surrounding the closet in which the heater is located (in our living room above our crawl space). He made sure to avoid letting any excess water get onto the carpet and I also noticed he took the towel we had put in to soak leaking water last night and cleaned up the tile floor in our entryway after taking the old water heater out!! When I had to take my dogs out he was calm and caused no alarm for either dog (but especially the one that has more issues with strangers (more specifically men)). The new heater was delivered quickly and efficiently. I REALLY appreciate the fair pricing, professionalism, promptness, and quality work performed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
