    We live outside of ********* **. His Dr called orders to to ***** ER, in ******* **, and he needed to go quickly, he had a dangerous potassium level!!! He was told they could only take him to ***, in ********. I called talked with the Supervisor, he stated "it's a law they have to go to closest ER, if patient is unstable"!!!! My husband met them in the yard, all vitals were good!!!! We finally was told "the truth", they was short staff. So you go against Drs orders, and lie to us. When he has health issues!!!! What is your job and responsibilities??????

    My mother inlaw fell so we had to call Carle arrow ambulance service they were not friendly period the little short Tony **** looking jerk just stood and glared at me ends up he's the driver so they loaded up the patient so my wife has an L-Vad pump she has a pump connected to the bottom chamber of her her a chord comes out of her belly has a monitor on it connects to batteries and she has to hook up to the electrical outlet at its her life support until she gets a heart transplant anyways she loses her ballence very easy ok so they allow her to open the back door of the Carle ambulance and while she was hanging onto the door talking to her mom the very rude driver takes off while my wife is hanging onto the door handle and I look and the At**** ******** fire department volunteer was looking at the driver and cracking up because he thought it was hilarious the he took off while my wife was hanging onto the door I guess public citizens safety is no concern to the A***** ******** fire department nor the Carle ambulance service
