    I spent thousands of dollars on an issue that was supposed to fixed two years ago. He has not fixed my car and refuses to fix the car he lent me . I am a single mother and I feel that I've been lied to and taken advantage of

    Payed thousands of dollars to have my transmission fixed in 2021, expected it to be fixed in a month. Never happened, there was a point where I was able to get the car in early 2022 but it stopped working during a test drive. I have hundreds of texts of him saying it'll be fixed but never happened. after a year he finally let me use a car that he owned but coming recently the transmission went out and instead of paying to fix it he decided he can no longer loan me the car even though it's been over 2 years since he's had mine. I am a single mother and he knows that I've struggled and he is taking advantage of me. He refuses to giving me clear answers. My car sits in the same position and the engine is out of the car. One of his mechanics told me hasn't ordered the part from chicago like he was supposed to and when I confronted him he said he did? So now I don't have a car and he refuses to actually fix the problem he caused.

    The issue with the vehicle named in this complaint has been resolved and the Customer has been driving her vehicle without any complaint. We test-drove it and made sure that it was safe to drive on the road.

     I am rejecting this response because: It took over 2 years for my mom to receive her car, she paid over 3 thousands dollars and it took you TWO years to fix something that should have taken no longer than a month. She was fortunate to sell her car but when they inspected it they found that there was still extreme issues with the engine. So that money she wasted, the time she was stressed and worried about this car was all for nothing. She deserves to be compensated for the time it took you to do this. It's absolutely ridiculous. We have text messages from this company lying and saying the car is going to fixed throughout TWO YEARS...but it took a complaint from BBB to do your job? It did not make up for the stress we went through during these past TWO YEARS

    On 3-26-22, after being told to come back multiple times, I finally got in to get my driver side front window fixed as it was getting stuck when rolling it down. I also asked them to check the rattling under my car that only happened when I accelerated. I watched them use a coat hanger to fix the rattling under my car. The mechanic came in and told me the glue that was holding the piece that connects the window to the regulator had come loose and that they were going to use glue to reattach it. He told me don't roll the window down for 24 hours. When I went to check out and pay, he put that they changed the window regulator and charged me $157. When I asked him about it, he became angry and couldn't explain why he was charging me for something he didn't do. I was the only one in the office and was afraid to get into an argument with him as he was visibly angry. Now on my carfax report it says there is a new window regulator. I was waiting to see if my bank would be able to help but they suck too. I am happy to pay him for the work that they did, but glue and a coat hangar do not cost $157. I feel that because I am a woman he took advantage of me. I've been around enough to know when I'm being taken for a ride and this was that instance.

    first started on my car, a 07 BMW 650i, for an oil change and checking my AC in March of 2021 March 31st 2021 a steering malfunction warning came on, the owner, ****** told me to bring it by, that it needs to just probably topped off with power steering fluid. Pulled up to his garage and the engine caught fire and after a few minutes they were able to put it out. some damage had been done and ***** said he would take of everything that needed to be fixed, no charge to me. He told me as he was rinsing off the engine that i had been 2 minutes away from Ricky buying me a new engine and that no worries, he has great insurance. Problems ever since. Every time i got it back, something went wrong and back to the shop. I havent driven it for OVER A YEAR now because he has had it. I believe he is putting paying customers ahead of mine getting finished. He is " working " on the power steering for months and he got donor parts that have been sitting on the floor to put into mine for a month now and when I went to see if it was done, the donor parts were still on the floor and they were working on other cars instead of mine, which has been sitting outside all summer which has caused the leather dash to crack in several areas and the windshield to crack. The car is filthy and it looks like they set something heavy on the windshield which spilled and stained the glass and front passenger fender. I have pictures and texts of everything since this started but I can't upload because it's not my pc
