    This company is advertising deals online when you arrive they charge full price. This is a scam it feels like I have a receipt from an online purchase for $49.00 upon arrival they denied me and said it now cost $70

    Ms. ******* was provided a replacement product for the exact same price/sale as what she originally ordered in the screenshot she provided. As you can see in her purchase history and the receipt, it is a different strain but the exact same price/discount/total as her own picture. We also have detailed records of every single purchase, discount and taxes collected for Ms. ******* if there is any additional confusion that needs to be cleared up. Cloud9 never misleads our customers and all sales are marked as *while supplies last* to ensure that customers understand that all promotions are subject to product availability.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I was never offered a replacement product for the same price the blonde hair manager was rude and said even through her staff messed up and did not shut the sale down on the right day they still weren't honoring my price I tried explaining that the day before I came in to get the same thing and they said they were out so I did not get that special either she shut down everything I was saying. I was offered nothing at the same price and did not get anything that say your cameras will show me walking out with nothing. Your records also show I have never been back and I have not horrible customer service and you did in fact lead on or lie about pricing
