    HERFF JONES IS A THIEF! Their business is unbelievably disorganized and they are cheating their customers. I placed an order for my cap and gown a month ago, and when I did not receive it in time, I called the company to ask if I can just come and pick it up. They told me they "lost the orders" and had to "re-import them and give them new order numbers" and that my order had not been processed yet. They told me I may not receive it by graduation and when I asked about a potential timeline/what to expect, they couldn't tell me anything. Also, more suspiciously, Herff Jones is located IN Ch******** ** yet I had to pay $16 in shipping. and for some reason I cannot come pick my order up.... They are shipping out orders placed later but not the ones placed in time and then saying it is "supply chain issues," all while still holding onto your money and conveniently only refunding you after graduation. Between the data breach last year, and this - **** needs to find a NEW cap and gown supplier! and Herff Jones needs to be investigated.
