    Hello Sir/Mom,
Thank you for your email covering the complaint of Mr ***** *****.
Our short experience as a financial educator led us to create years ago freez 'hem worldwide llc in order to respond to communities in need, essentially people for whom English is a second language.
For years, we offer complementary workshops essentially in French. We also offer financial shows on Facebook where Mr ***** ***** discovered us and reached in order to benefit from our service.
Our service until now is almost free. However, our website freezhemww.com offers essentially hoodies with #ClaimBankOverdrafts on it. On January 24, 2024, he decided to buy one hoodie and asked us to mail it to his address which can be seen on the ID above.
As he had technical difficulties to wire the money, we offered to mail it and sent the post office receipt for refund. He then realized the address on his ID was not current. Using the post office email, we were able to update his address, but the hoodie was delivered at the previous address. He went there, for some reasons, he stated not received it yet.
Meanwhile, he expressed interest to join our ******** team for him to actively do the business with ********. He started to pay the monthly fee of $19 to ******** not to our accounts.
His life insurance application was declined due to reasons he never revealed.  After we discovered the insurance company declination's reasons, he opened his mind, he needed assistance with his collection and other bank issues.
We planned to call collection companies for resolution. With the first cal we made to one of the credit core company, it was technically impossible to continue. From there, he never responded to appointments set together for the same matter.
As you know, he asked me to refund his money he never gave to us. As any customers, he went to the website purchased our hoodie, covered the mail fee, and paid required fee of $19 to do the business with ********. What money is he asking us to refund.
Anyways, he recently reported his refund request to our business partner ****** who wired him $33 covering the hoodie he bought. Would you please ask him the proof of money he had transferred to us, base of his complaint?
For limited space for attaching documents, we are sending three other  related documents for you to try t have a whole vue of this compliant which in reality is not one.
    Best regards,
    ********* ****
