            Date of transaction: Sat Sep 18 (Time 11a - 1:30p). Paid $65 for nail service. Baytowne Nails purposely and knowingly engages in dishonest practice of taking appointments (and overbooking!) when they know they do *not have the qualified nail tech available. Had an appointment for 11a for gel refill, but nail tech who can do gel refill not available until 12:30p. Their excuse? “They’re so busy on Sat, we should come during the week when not so busy.” Even though they knew appointment was for gel, and they *knew their nail tech would not be available until 12:30p. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE TO SET UP APPOINTMENTS JUST TO GET PEOPLE IN THE DOOR — then keep them waiting for 90 mins (!!) until the nail tech is available. The owner acknowledged the problem, that waiting 90 mins is not normal, but REFUSED TO COMP THE SERVICE, or even give a discount for the dishonest practice. NEVER NEVER NEVER will go there again. They do not care about their customers.
