    They are withholding the majority of my security deposit for normal use of the property and upgrades for the next tenant. The law stipulates that I’m not responsible for either of theses things but as a college student a lot of people won’t help me stand up to them. I have photos of the property to prove I didn’t damage anything. I also kept the letter they sent with a receipt for the refund and information for contesting. They give me ten days to contest from the date on the letter, but the envelope is postmarked 3 days before the last day to contest so they delayed mailing it. I manages to submit a complaint on the last day but now they are saying they can take as long as they want to respond and are saying they don’t know when they‘ll get to it, but it’ll probably be at least a month. I need help getting the deposit back, and think they should be investigated as they’ve probably been scamming others too according to their reviews.

    Our properties were sold and I was out for a week. There was a lot going on and I responded that I would get back to her as soon as I was able. I paid for 8 hours of steam cleaning for her emotional support animal as a courtesy even though the charge is stated in our lease agreement.   It is stated in the lease agreement when they sign it and I sent her proof of her bills.  I have gone above and beyond to resolve the issue with the consumer. Unfortunately she has continued to harass and slander this office.  I sent her the refund check Friday.
